This game is made by Michael Orlov, trading as Orlov Games, in Israel. This policy explains what the game collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to micorlov@gmail.com.

The short version: this website uses Google Analytics to count visits. The game is separate — you can play the whole thing offline without an account and without sending anything anywhere. Signing in is what starts the data collection, and it exists so your chips survive a lost phone and so leaderboards have a name to show.

This website

Separately from the game, this website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. It does not record your name, your email address, or anything that identifies you personally, and the data is not used for advertising.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits. If you would rather not be counted, browser settings that block cookies or tracking scripts will stop it, as will Google’s own opt-out add-on. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.

The game itself contains no analytics of this kind. Everything below describes the Android app.

Playing without an account

If you never sign in, your chips, level, statistics and settings stay on your device. They are not sent to any server. Deleting the app deletes them.

What is collected when you sign in

Signing in with Google or Facebook is optional and enables cloud backup, leaderboards and poker rooms. When you do, the game handles:

• Account information — the display name and account identifier supplied by Google or Facebook, and the email address associated with that account. Passwords are never seen by the game; sign-in happens with the provider.
• Game activity — chips, level, hands played, win streaks, statistics and leaderboard scores.
• Device identifiers — an installation identifier used to link a device to a game account and to keep backups in sync.

Why it is collected

• To back up progress and restore it on another device.
• To show scores on the hourly, daily and friends leaderboards, and to run poker rooms where several players share a table.
• To credit bonus chips when an invited friend joins.
• To diagnose crashes and fix faults.

Who else processes it

Data is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for advertising. The game contains no advertising. Service providers that process data to make the above work are:

• Google — sign-in, backend storage and crash reporting.
• Meta — Facebook Login, only if you choose that sign-in method.

Each processes data under its own terms. The game requests no more than it needs from either.

Transfer and storage

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on servers operated by the providers above, which may be located outside your country. Backups are kept while the account is active.

Deleting your data

Write to micorlov@gmail.com from the address on the account and the game account and everything stored with it will be deleted, normally within 30 days. Deletion removes cloud backups and leaderboard entries; it cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app on its own removes only the copy on the device.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to see what is held about you, correct it, or object to its processing. The same address handles those requests.

Children

The game simulates casino play and is rated for adults. It is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18. No data is knowingly collected from children. If a child has signed in, write to the address above and the account will be removed.

No real money

The game has no in-app purchases and no real money gambling. Chips are virtual, have no value outside the game, and cannot be cashed out or transferred. No payment information is ever collected.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app.
