Installing or playing the game means accepting these terms. They are between you and Michael Orlov, trading as Orlov Games, in Israel.
Who can play
The game simulates casino play and is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to install and play it.
No real money
There is no real money gambling in the game and no way to win money or prizes of real-world value. Chips are virtual, are provided for play only, and have no value outside the game. They cannot be cashed out, exchanged, transferred or sold, and they are not your property. Chip balances may be adjusted, reset or removed as the game is updated.
Practice or success here does not imply future success at real money gambling.
Your account
Signing in is optional. If you do sign in, keep your Google or Facebook account secure; anyone with access to it has access to your game progress. Accounts may be suspended or removed for cheating, manipulating leaderboards, abusing other players, or interfering with the game or its servers.
What you may not do
- Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause.
- Use bots, automation or modified clients.
- Sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it.
- Submit names or content to leaderboards and rooms that are unlawful, hateful or obscene.
Availability
The game is provided as it is. Offline play works without a connection, but online features — leaderboards, rooms, cloud backup — depend on services that may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Features may be added or removed in updates, and the game may be withdrawn from distribution.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, Orlov Games is not liable for lost progress, lost chips, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game, and you can have your account deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the new version appears here with a new date. Israeli law governs them, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you hold where you live.
